Submission guidelines

We invite all scientists working in the fields covered by the conference to present their work.
We welcome original research, case studies, and theoretical contributions from diverse
disciplines. You can choose between two options:

  • Apply with a full paper that will be published in the conference proceedings. All
submissions must be written in English and should be between 10,000 and 20,000 characters (excluding spaces), which corresponds to approximately 5 to 10 A4 pages. Papers must include a short abstract (max 250 words) and 2-5 keywords.
  • Apply with an abstract that will be published in the book of abstracts. Abstracts
should be no longer than 250 words and must include the title of the proposed
presentation, 2-5 keywords and a brief explanation of the research objective,
methodology, and key findings or expected contributions.

Please submit your abstracts or full papers via the submission portal by September 15, 2025. All abstracts and papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted authors will be invited to
